FERGUS – Residents can immerse themselves in a world of fairies, witches and other mystical beings at Luna Events Canada's Faerie Market this Saturday.
Rain or shine, the all-ages event will take place outdoors at the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex in Fergus this Saturday, August 24 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Featuring fairy bubbles, flower crowns, a fairy photo booth and fairy and witch-themed food and drinks, attendees are encouraged to "follow the fairies" to over 50 Faerie and Witchy vendors including mystical readers, crystals, divination tools, jewelry and suncatchers.
The first 30-60 people in line will receive mystical swag bags, flower crowns and fairy bubbles. The first 30 kids will receive fairy wings and fairy bubbles.
Free face painting and glitter tattoos will be available from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Attendees are encouraged to come in real-world or magical fairy or witch-themed costumes.
