The Great Escape returned to an in-person Fall Fair Event this year and raised an estimated record-breaking $119,710. This year the generosity of our community donors and supporters has been felt here at The Elliott Community.
On Saturday, September 10th, 2022, the community gathered at The Elliott Community for a safe outdoor event.
This year’s event – marked the fifteenth continuous year in support of The Elliott Community. It was an action packed afternoon with live entertainment, a silent auction, a petting zoo, pony rides, and great BBQ foods. Over 200 guests attended the event!
"We are so thankful to our community, generous donors, sponsors, volunteers, and vendors, who made this day incredibly special for our residents and families. It has been a long two years, and it was amazing to see our community come together to help make the event special for everyone" says Michelle Karker, CEO at The Elliott Community.

Proceeds raised through the event will go to The Butterfly Project and support high-quality and responsive recreation therapy programs designed to serve the complex mental health needs and well-being of our seniors.
