Royal City Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the fastest growing martial arts schools in Canada. With an introductory Back to School Sale of just $69 for four weeks instruction and a uniform, this school in Guelph is making it easy for community members to try it out for themselves.
“Since we’ve opened, we’ve been dedicated to changing the lives of people one person at a time, through martial arts, education and coaching,” explained Royal City coach, Professor Rob Veltman. “We strive to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all students and family members in Guelph.”
Royal City Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are a blend of fitness, discipline and self defense, making this the perfect activity for all ages.
Veltman continued, “Keeping fit and having a regular stress relieving activity is critical these days. We believe that being able to combine that with learning valuable skills that can save your life, makes martial arts classes a necessity for everyone in the family.”
Fellow coach, Professor Eric Fyon, added, “We take pride in creating an environment for individuals to achieve, develop and succeed in their personal goals. We strongly believe that martial arts can be for everyone, regardless of age, gender or experience levels.
He continued, “Our students learn the necessary skill sets to protect themselves. We stand behind our realistic and practical approach, confident it will enable every member to achieve greatness and live their best life!”
Participants in the classes agree with Veltman and Fyon. One mother of a program member commented, “My daughter comes to Royal City and loves it! She asks to come everyday and is only six years old!”
