Guelph police are investigating after a home in the Exhibition Park area was entered Wednesday.
Just before 2 p.m., police were called to a home near Westmount Road and Campion Avenue. The homeowner advised she was out for approximately four hours and came home to find the rear door had been kicked in and several rooms ransacked.
Jewelry, cash and electronics including a laptop and iPad were stolen. The total value is estimated at more than $6,000.
