OPP report the road was reopened at approximately 2 a.m.

The Hanlon Expressway is closed between Paisley Road and College Avenue, with no access from Wellington Road W., says the Ontario Provincial Police in a tweet late Wednesday.
The OPP Communications West Region made the tweet at 10:36 p.m. Wednesday, adding that OPP and Guelph Police are on scene.
A 11:07 p.m. tweet by Guelph Police said the closure of the southbound lanes is due to an ongoing investigation and to avoid the area.
There is currently no word on when the road will reopen.
