Guelph police has released images in hopes of identifying the person behind the wheel of a pickup truck involved in a hit-and-run last week in south Guelph.
Police say a 49-year-old woman was struck by the truck at Hodgson and Goodwin Drive last Friday just after 5 p.m. The intersection is in a neighbourhood near the Clair and Victoria intersection.
Police say the truck was turning from Hodgson to Goodwin at the time, and fled the scene, going easthound on Goodwin.
The woman was sent to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The truck itself is described as a black Ford F250 Super Duty. Police say the truck had "several scrap items in the bed, including a dishwasher or washing machine."
