COW: Victim punched, held at knifepoint during assault, car break-in

Around 7 p.m. on Tuesday Oct. 29 2024 an assault took place outside the Stone Road Mall in Guelph.

A couple had come out of the mall and noticed their vehicle window smashed and someone inside. When they confronted the female, she ran off and the couple gave chase. The couple were then confronted by a male who punched the husband in the face and brandished a large knife. The two suspects fled in a black Ford Fusion, bearing Quebec licence plates.

The female suspect is described as black, 5’2” with an athletic build, short hair, and a nose piercing. The male suspect is described as black, 5’9” with a thin build, long braided hair and was wearing a black sweater and jeans.
