TURNBULL, Shirley Helen

Shirley passed away peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital on Friday, August 6, 2021, at the age of 87.
 
Beloved wife of 67 years to Norman Turnbull.  Mother of Gary (Linda), Carol (Jim) and Ken.  Cherished Grandmother of Kyle, Christopher, Farael and Lanova.  
 
Shirley Helen Dunn was born in Rosemont in Montreal.  She married there in 1954 and raised her family in Pierrefonds, before moving to Guelph in 1974.  Shirley loved skiing, hiking, sailing, and camping.  An accomplished knitter and seamstress, Shirley also created works in Stained Glass and was an excellent cook. 
 
Shirley will be sadly missed by all the members of both the Turnbull and Dunn families, and the many friends she made part of our extended family.
 
Cremation has already taken place.  In accordance with Shirley's wishes no service will be held.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 519-822-0051 / www.wallcustance.com.
