With heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of Laurie Anne Stevenson (Millar) on September 17th, 2024.
Laurie leaves behind her children Emily (Clayton Elsegood), Thomas, and former husband (Shawn Stevenson). Laurie is predeceased by her parents, Florence (2011) and Robert (2021), and brother David (2013).
Laurie fondly remembers her many patients from working as a dental hygienist at Dr. Cohen’s office for 20+ years. Sundays will be quieter now, as we miss Mom cheering for her Buffalo Bills. We will remember Mom when listening to Louis Armstrong’s “A Wonderful World”; her favourite song and the one she danced with her father to at her wedding.
Cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service has been held. Arrangements entrusted to WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL (519-822-0051 / www.wallcustance.com).
Memorial contributions to Hospice Wellington would be appreciated.
