Samuel Lyall Sacco, 71, of Cambridge, Ontario, passed away April 29, 2018, after a long battle with cancer. He was born Sept. 24, 1946, in Digby, Nova Scotia, and resided in Southwestern Ontario for over 65 years. Sam was successful in newspaper advertisement, working in various newspapers all across Canada. Sam was passionate about sports, in particular golf, baseball and hockey. Predeceased by his parents Joe and Jean and his brother Dan. Surviving are his two children Joe (Mayrela) and Alexis (Chris): two stepdaughters, Melanie and Leanne Johnson; two brothers, Dave and Ed; one sister, Judy; eight grandchildren, Alejandro, Skylar, McKayla, Keaton, Ashton, Braydon, Kolby and Aubrey. Celebration of Life services will be held in Cambridge, Ontario, at the Royal Canadian Legion on June 9, 2018, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
