Passed away peacefully at Hospice Wellington on Wednesday, January 1, 2025. Marg Ready, in her 89th year, was the beloved wife of Walter (Wallie) Ready for 64 years. She was the loving mother of Sandra Irving and her husband Peter. Marg was the proud and cherished grandma of Grant and Brendan Irving. Survived by her daughter Linda Ready Campbell and her husband Ian and their daughter Mercedes.
Marg was a life long member of St. George’s Anglican Church. She was a former choir member where she caught the eye of Wallie who eventually proposed to her at Church on Christmas Eve. Marg was also an active member of the Chi Rho Fellowship Group. She will be remembered as the kind receptionist at the Dublin Chapel for over 25 years.
A Funeral Service to Celebrate Marg’s life will be held at St. George’s Anglican Church 99 Woolwich St., Guelph, on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 12 p.m. Interment at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Guelph.
