On July 15, 2024, at 10:30 AM, Adam Harwood Andrew Rak passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family at the age of 71.
Adam is survived by his beloved wife Patricia, three children, Cheryl, Stephen, and Michael, and his granddaughter Laura. Adam loved his dear sister Janice and is also survived by siblings Richard, Linda, Bruce, and Cindy.
Adam was often found in the kitchen cooking one of his famous meals to feed the neighbourhood. Adam’s greatest love was his family, but his first love was hockey. A talented player, coach, and Bruin fanatic. Adam loved his family fiercely and will be remembered by those who knew him for the love he left behind.
The family is holding a memorial service at WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, on Saturday, July 20th, 2024, at 11:00 AM. All are welcome to join the family for the service and a small reception directly after the service.
