Anne passed away peacefully on March 19, 2023 in Guelph, Ontario. She was born September 22, 1934 in Toronto, Ontario.
Beloved wife of Gary Piper (2003) and sister Shirley Steele. Cherished mother to Scott (Sabina), Grant (Junko), Craig (Aggie), Kirk (Barb) and Robb (Darcy). Grandmother of Kaitlyn, Corey, Emma, Kenneth, Bradley, Lyndsay, Bryan, Douglas and Gary. Great grandmother of Brooklyn and Emilia (2021). Anne will be missed by many friends and family and those that she played Bridge with.
Anne's life was dedicated to giving to others through her work as a physiotherapist, mother, wife, and remembered by many as the leader for years as a pre-natal leader in Guelph. Anne was an active member of the community through choirs, bell chorus with Harcourt United Church and with the River Run Centre and her love of the Drayton Festival Theatre.
A private interment service to be held Saturday, March 25th at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
