NICHOLSON, Heather

Heather Nicholson, aged 65, passed away peacefully after a long struggle
with Parkinson's Disease at Riverside Glen on Saturday August 24, 2019.

She was born in Jos, Nigeria to missionary parents, Paul and Francis
Wilson on July 23,1954. She graduated from nurses training at the
University of Toronto in 1975 and faithfully and lovingly cared for
patients in the field of Psychiatry until her disease prevented her from
continuing 10 years ago. She married Paul on June 25,1977 at High Park
Baptist Church in Toronto and ecstatically welcomed their daughter,
Melissa, into their life three years later. In 1990 they moved to their
dream country property just north of Guelph Ontario. Together many happy
times were spent gardening, swimming and playing with dogs. Heather
faithfully loved her Lord with all her heart and was a tireless prayer
warrior. She was predeceased by her father, Paul Wilson and will be missed
greatly by her husband, daughter, mother Fran Wilson, sister Laurel Bell
and husband Brian, brothers and their wives Gord and Liz and Doug and
Morag, many nieces, nephews and faithful friends.
