In Loving Memory of Carol Lewis

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Carol Lewis. On November 15th, 1965, Carol was born in Kingston Jamaica. She immigrated to Canada at a young age where she lived until October 6th 2024. Carol, a remarkable woman whose warmth, wisdom, and unwavering spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. Carol was kind, funny, cunning, and resourceful, a true testament to resilience and love. She was a person who always found a way, no matter the challenge.

She loved to garden and watch her plants flourish, we’ve all received a Hasta or two. Carol had a knack for travel and made sure she went on her annual vacations, she called it her “yearly reset” which was always needed. And she was an amazing host. She would have annual pool parties and host family and friends for our entertainment. Truly a pure soul.

Her smile and laugh were as radiant as the sun, and her eccentric, carefree nature made her a joy to be around. To know her was to feel welcomed and cherished. Her generosity knew no bounds—she would give the clothes off her back to help others, and her wealth of knowledge on so many things made her a guiding light for those around her.

Though she was a private person, Carol was incredibly giving, always putting others before herself. She leaves behind five children, her ex-husband, and a partner, all of whom loved her dearly. Her memory will forever live on in our hearts, and we will strive to carry on her legacy of kindness, generosity, and relentless determination.

We will miss her dearly and would do anything to be in her company again. Her warmth, laughter, and loving spirit will be with us always.
