LEOMBRUNI, Amelia

Passed away in her 84th year at Hospice Wellington, Guelph, on May 16, 2016 surrounded by her loved ones. Born May 25, 1932 in Sulmona, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Panfilo and Assunta Centofanti. Beloved wife of Tullio Leombruni for 67 years. Dear mother of Paola and husband Franco Angelone, and Panfilo (Paul) and wife Maria, all of Guelph. Predeceased by daughter Loredana, brother Michael, sister Lina (Armando), and two grandsons: Omar, and Frankie Angelone. Will be greatly missed by grandchildren Maddalena (Eric) Simone of Windsor, Livia Leombruni, Joshua (Stephanie) Leombruni, and Steven (Jen) Leombruni, and Angela, all of Guelph, and great-grandchildren Frankie, Loredana, Alessandro, Gemma, and Santino. Dear Zia to Vico Centofanti, Patty (Joe), Humenick and Lydia (Dean) Traficant of Ohio. 

Family and friends are invited to the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, for visitation on Friday, May 20, 2016 from 6 – 9 p.m. with a vigil at 6 p.m. Funeral mass to be celebrated at St. John’s Church, 45 Victoria Rd. N., Guelph, on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 10 a.m. followed by entombment at Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
