Matt, born and raised in Guelph On., passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2024.
Predeceased by his Mother Patricia Lynn Jewell. Dearly missed by his brother Rodney, Sons Vincent, Danny, Stepson Dominic, his father Rodney Sr., Uncles, Aunt’s, nieces Aaliyah, Amaiyah and Avah, and extended Families. Matt will also be remembered fondly by all his Friends/Family.
As per Matthew’s request, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, on Friday, July 26, 2024 from 2pm to 3pm, with a small service at 3pm. Celebration of Life will follow the service at 4pm at the Red Chevron Club, 34 Elizabeth St., Guelph On., Join us for a bite, drink and music to celebrate Matt.

A tree will be planted in memory of Matthew K. Jewell in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest.
