Passed away peacefully, at home, with his wife by his side, on Thursday, June 29, 2017. Dr. Brent Hoff was the beloved husband of Jocelyne (Hirst) Hoff. Loving father of Karen Hoff Barron (Grant) of Alberta and David Hoff of London ON. Cherished grandfather of Jacob, Talia, Gavin and Dexter and lovingly remembered by Tammy and her son Wilson. Dear brother of George (Joan) of Alberta, Stein (Freida), Alice Waldie (Fred) and Jon (Patti) all of British Columbia and brother-in-law of Helen and Norman Brown of Kingston and Lorraine and Peter Rhodes of Peterborough. 

Special thanks to Dr. Peter Hendrie and Karen Bushell from CCAS/LHIN and to all our family and friends for their love and support.
