It is with very deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of Kenneth Wayne Hartig on March 5, 2023 in Guelph,ON.

Loving husband to Alice. Proud father to Jeff, Karen (Rick), Amanda (Jay-Jay) and Melissa (Jeff). Beloved Grandpa of Kaleb, Branden, Sharlene, Owen, Paige, Austin and McKenna. Cherished brother to Shirley, Sharon, Dennis, Carey and Della. Predeceased by his parents Reinhold and Katherine, his sister Patricia, his brothers Bill and Barry. Ken will be missed by all his friends and extended family.

We would like to thank the kind neighbour who was with Ken and administered CPR until the Guelph fire department and paramedics arrived. Thank you to the compassionate staff at Guelph General Hospital. A special thank you to his family Dr Marcus Schatzmann of Milton for his excellent care over the years.
