Went to be with her Saviour and Lord Jesus on August 1st, 2024 after a 12 year battle with Alzheimer’s.
Beloved wife of William Grexton. Loving mother of Brendan (Kendra), Timothy (Sayaka), and stepmother to Christine (Mali) and Scott (Tina). Grandma of Nora and Micah, Mirabela, Alexi, Liliana and Teaghan. Predeceased by sisters Glenda (Bill) Thomas and Kathryn (Ron) North.
Marg was born in Guelph and spent most of her life here. She had a beautiful smile, a happy disposition and positive attitude that touched everyone she met. Even after Alzheimer’s had robbed her of a lot of who she was, she still touched people with her wonderful loving ways. She loved music and her favorite was Southern Gospel which she enjoyed at every chance she got.
A heartfelt thank you to the staff at St. Joseph’s Health Care Centre (A and E) for caring wonderfully for her for the past 9+ years and friends who supported her through her illness.
A visitation will be held at the Brombal Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph, Ontario on Tuesday, August 6th from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. followed by Funeral service at 11:00 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be held at Waverley Gospel Hall Cemetery, Waverley, Ontario.
