Surrounded by her beloved family passed peacefully on Nov 30, 2024 at age 81.
Devoted and loving wife of Bill, mother of Chris, Kevin and Sean (Laura).
Much loved Grandmother of Chase, Charlysse, Kali,Kaiden, Abigail and Declan.
Survived by her sister Karen (Dinny). Pre deceased by her father Austin, mother Margaret, sister Pat, brother Butch
Marilyn was born and raised in Guelph. She went on to be a primary teacher with the Wellington County Separate School Board for 35 years.
Marilyn was a loving, kind, caring, considerate and sincere - always holding the child and others in high esteem. She always demonstrated genuine empathy and compassion for others.
After she retired from teaching Bill and Marilyn took advantage of their free time and travelled.
Later in her life Marilyn was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
