Rachel Homan, Kerri Einarson, Brad Jacobs, Brad Gushue, Niklas Edin and many more of the world’s best curlers are coming to Guelph next month to compete in the WFG Masters event.
The pools and draw schedules have been released for the Grand Slam of Curling’s stop at the Sleeman Centre, running Jan. 14-19.
There are 32 teams competing, 16 for the men and 16 for the women.
Each have been put into groups of four for the round robin portion. Each team will compete within the group, as well as one crossover game against a team from another group.
Four draws will run Tuesday to Friday that week, beginning at 8 a.m.
The playoff round begins on the Saturday, with a men’s and women’s final going at noon and 4:30 p.m. respectively on the Sunday.
