Splitsville Entertainment has announced it has purchased Woodlawn Bowl.
"Splitsville has acquired Guelph’s popular family entertainment centre, Woodlawn Bowl, which features 32 lanes and an arcade. The centre will transition into the Splitsville brand immediately as Splitsville Guelph," said a press release.
Splittsville announced it will also be opening a new 43,000 square-foot bowling and entertainment facility on Marsland Drive in Waterloo.
Splitsville Entertainment is owned by Hollywood Bowl Group in the United Kingdom and now owns 11 facilities in Canada.
The company describes itself as "Canada’s premier brand of family entertainment centres with a passion for bowling and providing great value entertainment."
Woodlawn Bowl has been in Guelph for over 30 years.
