Guelph Farmers' Market

2 Gordon St.; 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Check out an abundance of fresh produce, baked goods, beverages, and products from local meat producers.

Eramosa River Trail parkrun and parkwalk

Eramosa River Trail at 85 York Rd.; 9 a.m. to noon
A free weekly timed 5k run, jog, and walk kicks off just east of the covered bridge near The Boathouse. Newcomers are encouraged to join at 8:45 a.m.

Holiday Bazaar

Guelph Lake Commons Retirement Community at 520 Victoria Rd. N,; 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
There will be over 30 vendors at this market with gift ideas for the holidays.

Christmas Market

The Village of Arbour Trails at 32 Bayberry Dr.; 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This annual market has over 15 vendors and is put on by The Village of Arbour Trails. There will be photos with Santa from 1 to 3 p.m. There will be live music from Paul Schalm and The Bearded Baritones.

Merry Muskrat Market

Guelph Civic Museum at 52 Norfolk St.; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There will be over 30 vendors at this market and is put on by Muskrat Markets. Admission is free for both the market and the museum.

Christmas Craft Show & Vendor Market

Lakeside Church at 7654 Conservation Rd.; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There will be over 30 vendors at this market. Admission is free.

Holiday Market

St. George's Anglican Church at 99 Woolwich St.; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This market is part of MKT MKT's holiday market series. Along with vendors there will be food, live music, workshops and more.

Green Christmas Fair

Eden Mills Community Hall at 104 York St.; noon to 2:30 p.m.
There will be vendors, a teas room, penny table, seasonal greenery, holiday arrangements, fruitcake, granola, vintage and costume jewelry.

Singing You Home: In memoriam Dr. Theresa Bernardo

St. George's Anglican Church at 99 Woolwich St.; 8 to 10 p.m.
The University of Guelph Choir performs with the Guelph Chamber Orchestra and pianist Betty Maher. Songs Requiem by Gabriel Fauré, Canadianimals by Robert Hall and Sing You Home by The Ennis Sisters will played. The concert is to honour Theresa Bernardo who was a member of the University of Guelph Choir. Tickets are $11.64 for students, $27.17 for general admission , $21.99 for seniors and can purchased online.  

Sunday

The Merry & Bright Market

69 Huron St.; 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
There are over 30 vendors at this market put on by Ferox Creations, J&J Sawdust and the Children's Foundation of Guelph Wellington.

Santa Shops Local: Vendor & Craft Market

Delta Hotel at 50 Stone Rd.; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
There will be over 45 vendors at this market put on by The Family Mercato. There will be photos with Santa and live music Admission is free.

Holiday Gift Grab Market

Red Chevron Club at 34 Elizabeth St.; noon to 4 p.m.
There will be over 20 vendors at this market. Gifts can also be wrapped at the market. There will be free cookie decorating. Brunch will be available.

What We Find in the Garden: A pathway through ecological grief

Royal Canadian Legion at 57 Watson Pkwy. S.; 1 to 2:30 p.m.
Christina Kingsbury talks about how gardening can help when experiencing ecological grief. Her art practice explores themes of ecology and inter-species relationships. This event is put on by Yorklands Green Hub and is free. Registration can be made online.

Puslinch Santa Claus Parade

Optimist Community Centre at 23 Brock Rd. S., Puslinch; 2 p.m.
The annual parade is put on by the Optimist Club of Puslinch. The parade starts at the township office at 7404 Wellington Rd. 34 and goes east to Brock Road, then south the Maple Leaf Lane, west on Maple Leaf Lane to the Optimist Recreation Centre at 23 Brock Rd. S. There will also be a Santa meet and greet.
