The area covered by Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health reported three new confirmed cases on Tuesday and no new cases on Wednesday.
Currently, Public Health is not updating its daily information that previously broke down new cases within its coverage area (Guelph, Dufferin and Wellington County).
It is providing the number of overall confirmed cases on a particular day.
"The Ontario Ministry of Health requires all public health units to implement a new Case and Contact Management system. WDGPH’s COVID-19 data will be migrated to the new provincial public health database on the weekend of July 31, 2020. This will temporarily disrupt our data systems and prevent the refreshing of data for the COVID-19 Case Summary dashboard below," said a notice on Public Health's website.
"Therefore, the data in the dashboard below will stop refreshing after the last update on July 31, 2020, until further notice. However, the dashboard will still show information on cases reported up to that date.
"To keep our communities informed on our case data while our systems are being updated, a case data table will be added below and updated daily around 10:30 am starting Tuesday, August 4. Please refer to the table for the current status of COVID-19 cases in our region."
