1 / 1 Despite the snow and cold outside, city staff are preparing for the upcoming arrival of spring. Several thousand plants are growing at the city's greenhouses inside the public works area at Riverside Park, with some beginning to bloom. The plants will be used to beautify a number of sites throughout Guelph, including Blossom, the well-known living train that spends the outdoor growing season at the corner of Paisley and Edinburgh roads.Richard Vivian/GuelphToday
