A top-four finish at the Canadian National Qualifier Tournament in Brampton last weekend has secured the Guelph Gators U15 Red team a spot at the nationals.
At the qualifier, the top four teams get to represent Ontario at Nationals in Brandon Manitoba Aug 9-14.
With weather becoming a factor in finishing all the games Guelph had to face Brampton Blazers U15 Gold to make it to Nationals. Winning 5-1 the Guelph Gators battled hard and came up with the victory putting them in the top 4 and solidifying a spot in the Canadian Fastpitch Championships.
