Green Party leader Elizabeth May in Guelph next week

Will be joined on stage by Michael Chong to discuss electoral reform

Canadian Green Party leader Elizabeth May will be in Guelph Tuesday, Oct. 10, for a discussion on electoral reform.

May and Wellington-Halton Hills MP Michael Chong will be speaking at an event called Turning Parliament Inside Out at Harcourt United Church beginning at 7 p.m.

The event is being put on by Fair Vote Guelph and is based on the book Practical Ideas for Reforming Canada’s Democracy.

A news release on the event says that representatives of the local Liberal and NDP riding associations have been invited to “reflect on the main presentations.”

The event is free. Donations will be accepted.
