A two-vehicle collision, which saw a light pole knocked over, has resulted in a temporary, partial closure of a section of Wellington Street.
Minor injuries are reported in the Friday afternoon incident at Wellington and Dublin Street, just west of Gordon Street.
Eastbound lanes on Wellington are currently closed. Police encourage drivers to avoid the area.
The investigation continues.
