The Guelph General Hospital has declared a COVID outbreak as of Wednesday.
The east wing on the seventh floor of the hospital is where the outbreak is.
A confirmed COVID outbreak is when two or more people test positive for COVID as defined by Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health on its website.
