Winter storm warning in effect for:
- Guelph - Erin - Southern Wellington County
- Kitchener - Cambridge - Region of Waterloo
- Mount Forest - Arthur - Northern Wellington County
Hazardous winter conditions are expected.
Snow, at times heavy, continues tonight. Visibilities will be poor in snow and blowing snow as winds gusting to 70 km/h could result in near whiteout conditions.
Total snowfall amounts of 15 to 25 cm are expected before the snow tapers off Wednesday morning.
Consider postponing non-essential travel until conditions improve.
Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
