Shelldale Family Gateway will present Winter Warm Up Fundraiser - St. Patrick’s Day Style (COVID friendly), taking place Wednesday, March 17, 2021, featuring lots of exciting activities for the community, great food and so much more – all to benefit the families in the Onward Willow Neighbourhood served by Shelldale Family Gateway.
We are proud to bring Winter Warm Up Fundraiser - St. Patrick’s Day Style to Guelph for the 8th Year! The fundraiser event will bring together the culinary skills of SR-P Creations Gourmet Catering with the community feel of Winter Warm Up through a fantastic combination of an authentic St. Patrick’s Day dinner with community participation on Zoom.
For $30 per person or for a family package of 2 or more for $25 per person, you will have an authentic three-course Irish meal with your choice of Shepherd’s Pie or Corned Beef & Cabbage, ready for contactless pick-up at Shelldale Family Gateway with a special surprise from our children & youth. Prior to the event there will be a small but robust silent auction including St. Patrick’s Day Nutcracker dolls, a queen-sized quilt handcrafted by the Guelph Senior’s Association Quilt Club, two bottles of Irish Whiskey, and so much more!
On March 17 up to 100 guests are invited to join us on Zoom at 6 p.m. for dinner and conversation. Shelldale community involvement will include a “Best St. Patrick’s Day Hat” contest for children and teens to be presented and judged on our Facebook Event page. Prizes will be awarded! Tim Horton’s gift cards and others!!
