GO bus driver Brian Jerasano was driving his regular route last January when things suddenly turned irregular.
Driving through Guelph, Jerasano noticed a young woman in distress, being harassed by men in a car. She later told Jerasano were trying to lure her into the vehicle.
Not only did Jerasano, noticing the fear on the woman's face, stop the bus to help. He picked up the woman and drove her to the University of Guelph where she lived.
“I can’t stress enough how much appreciation I have for this kind soul and would really like to thank him in person someday. He went way above and beyond his duties and went out of his way to help her,” the woman's mother later posted on Facebook.
