OUR HISTORY
Triangle Sewing Centre is a Canadian company that was born in the home of Alba Babin in 1970. Al began repairing and selling sewing machines from his basement, and after a few years, he opened a store on York Rd, in Guelph, ON. The early years were tough, and Al had to work a night job to keep his business going. But it was worth it. Al's dream of running his own business and providing the best quality service was achieved.
A few years into the business, Al was joined by Nick Caravaggio, a friend who had some experience in the sewing machine business. Al taught Nick everything he knew, and before long they were offering the outstanding service that had helped them grow and thrive. The business eventually moved to 20 Stevenson St. S, in Guelph. In 1990, Al retired but Nick took over, and with help from his wife Nancy, ran Triangle Sewing Centre. READ MORE
