OUR FOUNDERS
Empower Realty Partners, formerly known as Baker Realty Group, is not just a real estate team; it's a movement of empowerment. Our journey, which began with Sean Baker as a solo agent in 2012, has evolved into a leading real estate force in the Guelph & Kitchener-Waterloo areas. Our visionary founders, Sean and Leah Baker, recognized the need for a team that could provide exceptional service to both clients and agents. In 2020, Leah Baker stepped into a leadership role as Director of Operations, bringing her wealth of experience to our growing organization. Together, Sean and Leah set their sights on elevating the real estate experience for all. Their vision took shape in the spring of 2023 when Empower Realty Partners was born. Our new brand is dedicated to becoming the trusted name in real estate, celebrated for empowering clients, agent partners, and the communities we serve. At Empower Realty Partners, we live and breathe our motto: Be Good and Do Good.
GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY
Annually, we lead a community event in support of local charities called Spring Cleaning for a Cause. We do this in partnership with many local businesses and volunteers. Community members come together to donate clothing, food items, household goods, shred old files, toss their junk and enjoy a BBQ lunch all while supporting great causes!
