At Lost Aviator Coffee Co., we believe in the magic of great coffee and the beauty of exploration. Founded in 2020 by two temporarily grounded airline pilots, Adam and Steve, who decided, when life gives you lemons, make coffee!  Our journey began in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. With a shared passion for both flying and the perfect cup of coffee, we embarked on a mission to bring the finest coffee experience to our customers, while staying true to our values of sustainability and ethical sourcing.

Our Philosophy:

There's something extraordinary about the perspective one gains from soaring at 40,000 feet above the Earth, coupled with a steaming cup of coffee. It's this sense of awe and appreciation for our planet's beauty that drives us. We founded Lost Aviator Coffee with the aim of not only providing a captivating start to your day or night but also making a positive impact on the world around us.

Ethical Sourcing:

For us, it's not just about great coffee; it's about supporting the communities that cultivate it. We partner with ethical coffee suppliers  to source our beans from smallholder farms across the globe, ensuring fair wages and sustainable practices. By engaging in direct trade relationships, we have control over the quality and social sustainability of our beans, guaranteeing that every cup supports local farmers and the environment.

Peru - Ethically grown beans from a cooperative committed to fair trade practices.
