Having been in various construction and home improvement roles, I get a great sense of fulfilment from helping someone see their vision become reality. Keeping track of all the different bits and pieces of a project is something I find interesting and truly enjoy. Working at Bigelow Flooring has been as enjoyable as it has been rewarding for me. I have felt like family since first joining the team and I feel that very sentiment gets infused into the customer's experience. I believe this sort of energy is palpable to our customers and gives them the peace of mind to trust us with such a lasting impression such as their flooring. Having that confidence to recommend our services to family and friends is a privilege that is not always at one's disposal but it is truly the case here. I hope I grow up to be like Rui
