Information and application forms can be found at guelph.ca/communitygardens, submit yours by November 8.

We even have two locations already deemed suitable for community gardens: Margaret Greene Park and Courtney, Goines and Malott Park. Be sure to let us know if you’re interested in either of these sites!

What is a community garden?

Community gardens are parcels of land used by neighbourhood residents to grow vegetables, herbs, pollinator flowers and/or fruit. They’re important elements of our community because they can:

Enhance community food security

Offer educational and social opportunities

Provide environmental benefits
