Police are on the lookout for a couple of thieves after more than $17,000 worth of phones and smart watches were stolen from a Stone Road Mall business after it closed on Tuesday.
Officers responded Wednesday morning, after a manager arrived and found a drawer pried open at the standalone business.
Surveillance reportedly shows two males walking around the mall until after it closed, then one approached the business and removed the items, a police news release explains. A crowbar was left behind.
The stolen devices are valued at $17,810.
The first suspect is described as having brown skin, a heavy build and short, black hair, as well as facial hair. At the time, he was wearing a red, puffy jacket, a black shirt, black pants and black shoes.
The second suspect is described as having brown skin, a slim build and short, black hair, with facial hair. At the time, he was wearing a blue, puffy jacket, black pants and red Nike shoes.
