Guelph police believe a medical issue may have led to a Monday collision in the north end on Monday.
Minor injuries were reported following a collision that shut down the intersection of Victoria Road and Speedvale Avenue.
Emergency services were called approximately 11:15 a.m. Two vehicles had collided in the intersection. One of the vehicles then struck a traffic light post, knocking it down.
One of the drivers was taken to hospital to be assessed for minor injuries. The intersection was partially blocked for approximately three hours while officials cleared debris and installed a new light post. It is believed a medical issue was to blame for the collision.
