If you’re in the midst of spring cleaning, a Guelph organization is giving you a space to donate and trash items you want cleared out of the house.
The second annual Spring Cleaning for a Cause runs May 4 at St. Paul School’s parking lot at 182 Clairfields Dr. E.
Empower Realty Partners is hosting the event from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
You can donate clothes and household items to Hope House and Goodwill, food can be donated to the Guelph Food Bank and there will also be a BBQ lunch in support of the food bank.
If you have junk to dispose of, the event will also feature a Wasteco bin to throw your items away.
A shred-it truck will be on scene too, so you can securely shred your documents.
