The Guelph Symphony Orchestra will present its season finale Saturday, April 27, at 7:30 p.m. at River Run Centre.

The Guelph Symphony is rolling out the red carpet for its silver screen inspired, season finale concert. Experience the drama, glamour, and heart-pounding action of broadway and film scores, ranging from Andrew Lloyd-Webber’s Phantom of the Opera to Larson’s Rent. Also featured on the program will be Korngold’s Violin Concerto. This colourful and cinematic work grew out of Korngold's success in Hollywood while writing many treasured film soundtracks.

“We are absolutely thrilled to be sharing the stage with the wonderful singers of the Rainbow Chorus of Waterloo Wellington, directed by Alison MacNeill, and to celebrate one full season with our truly fabulous new music director”, remarked GSO’s General Manager, Catherine Molina.

“It has been a wonderful season of diverse and moving music”, said maestro Adam Johnson, “and our Season Finale will continue in that direction with uplifting melodies, as we head into spring”.

Tickets available through the River Run Box Office or through the link below.
